I previously had my brows microbladed by another artist. The shape they gave me was not desirable, with very dark thick strokes. I found Jemma on Instagram and loved the more natural shape and delicate stroke placement of her nanobrows. After one session of laser removal I booked in with Jemma, naturally nervous, but she took her time mapping the brows to my face and listening to what I wanted to achieve. Jemma took her time to perfect each brow and check symmetry. Jemma showed my a choice of two colours that she advised, in keeping with my request to keep it natural. The actual procedure was totally painless, Jemma took a reassuring amount of time on each brow, constantly checking the placement from different angles. This was a totally different experience to my original set of brows elsewhere and has resulted in perfectly shaped natural looking brows. Already booked in for my follow up for any refinement that needs doing, but so far, I could not be more happy with the results. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect brow game!

Jemma is a true professional. She takes a lot of time to understand what her client wants to achieve and then clearly explains the process and what to expect. I was looking for subtle enhancement of my brows and to be honest was terrified of what could go wrong. Jemma put me totally at ease and created natural brows that I love with virtually no pain. Would absolutely recommend Jemma to anyone else who is fed up of pencilling their brows every morning!

Thorough consultation followed by treatment of skin tag and mole (turned out to be wart). 1 day later and so happy so far! Jemma was a perfectionist! Took great care with my precious face and followed up with a message later that day to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend.
