Jemma put me at ease even though I was really nervous. She was professional, warm and patient with me which allowed me to relax fully. I actually really enjoyed the process as I realised I was in very safe and capable hands.

I saw Jemma yesterday for an eyebrow top up and she kindly discussed different options on achieving a fuller brow for me.
I also had a couple of skin tags on my neck and a small cherry angioma on my forehead. Jemma very kindly sorted all these issues out for me at the same time too which was amazing!
Jemma clearly talks through each procedure and what to expect. I always find the experience to be pain free in a warm and calming environment.
